Nana is a person that has motivated many many people and it would be very difficult to find such personality around us. Nana has always been more than just an actor. He has consciously and subconsciously done things that are far removed from the world of cinema and never left the continental movie star life with an entourage an expensive Lifestyle or a million appearances in the media as an actor who genuinely deserves your respect not just for this craft but also the fact that he is not content with just being that, Nana Patekar said “marte dum tak jeene ki wajah mil gayi hai mujhe” in his one of the interview to NDTV.

Nana’s life has a lot more to it than acting, he also served in the Kargil war as voluntary motivator while working on his debut directional venture Prahar. Nana Patekar also runs NGOs and regularly visits them and help people and children donating clothes, food and medicines. He himself is working for such a big cause that all the citizen of India are so honoured to have such a personality in between them. Other than the actor and actresses who wear expensive clothes and dresses in the award functions, Nana value kurta pajama and attend the award function. His simplicity level is just beyond our imagination, this inspires us and aspires the nation to be simple and sober and be helpful and grateful for all that God has given us so that we can also payback.
