Superman, Batman, Spiderman, these all the hero’s which are known by all over the world. These all hero’s are created in USA but there are no comic hero’s in India. So an Indian Rajeev Tamhankar took this initiative to create super hero’s in India.

The story begin when Rajeev become convener of annual cultural fest at IIT Roorkee. Rajeev

and 140 students collectively draw a 30x20 feet political world map in 18 hours. This is the

situation when Rajeev realized that he has ability to think in new and creative way. Rajeev has realized that nowadays people are using the digital platform to read books, articles

etc. So he created an app through which comic reader can read all the stuff related to new comic releases.

TBS Planet Comics has deal with Ajay Devgn film character Shivaay and created 5 graphic novels on such character. Other comics of TBS Planet are YUG, KARMA, VARUN, RUDRA

etc. It can also be said that creativity can come from any side like the Rajeev has realized it and created such a innovative startup. These startups are also initiative of government which provides opportunity to create a business conditions in the country.

Startups are very essential in the economy which provides new innovation, new products,

employment etc. Rajeev is one of those who utilize the platform to create new opportunity.

Now as a startup make many comics on some popular characters like A Flying Jatt etc. but it

may need to concentrate on daily life characters so that comic reader may relegates it to their own life. Comics must be fictional as well as reality based so that diversification in the comic can be provided.

Some of suggestion I would like to give to the startup related to comics character are:

Parents: Real life hero’s – it may based on efforts which are made by our made by our
parents to make our life.
College: Heaven of life – which is based on the college life which may include good and bad times faced by the students.

It may also include some other real life characters also. Reading comics can become a free time activity which may increase interest of student in world of creativity with real and fictional factors.

Online comics are facing animation movies as their main competitors which are making more

market share in the market. Animation is backed by big production companies which never let to make the road clear for digital comics. So TBS Planet Comics need to more competitive so that to remain in the market. It need to be more creative and it should use marketing strategies to make in touch with the audience. It must concentrate on every type of customer like children, adults and others.

TBS has an advantage that it has less competition in the market no other comic is using the idea of India superhero’s. So it can make reach to the audience which relate it to their countrymen which are presented as hero’s.
